Q. Why is Krone Forage Solutions (KFS) closing?
A. This is a strategic decision by Krone Forage Solutions parent company, to move away from Agricultural Machinery retailing, and focus on wholesaling through independent dealerships.
Q. What is the timeframe of KFS closing?
A. Krone Forage Solutions will cease trading on November 30th 2025. Until that time, business will continue as normal.
Q. As a KFS customer, where do I go now? A. Your local Krone Approved dealer’s details can be found on our dealer finder at www.krone-uk.com , under “Dealers Search”. All Krone Approved dealers, have full sales and service capability for Krone equipment, and are trained by ourselves to sell and support the full Krone UK product range.
Q. Is KFS going to have a sale / cheap stock?
A. No. This is a strategic decision and not a financial decision. Business will continue as normal until 30th November 2025.
Q. I have an open order / formal quote with KFS, is this impacted?
A. There will be no change to any existing formal agreements/commitments already made to customers or suppliers.
Q. What will happen to the warranty/ recall campaigns on my machine purchased through KFS?
A. Warranty/ recall work can be carried out by KFS up until 30th Nov, subsequently any manufacturer approved dealer can carry out work on your machine.
Q. Will my new dealer have access to my machine history?
A. All dealers will have access to warranty/ recall history of your specific machine.
Q. Will my demo still happen? A. If you have made a formal request for a demonstration machine, we will ensure that this happens in the coming season.
