OUR SERVICES

Our highly trained agricultural service engineers are ready for when you need them most.

To uphold the high service levels that Krone Forage Solutions pride themselves on, we ensure that our service engineers complete all manufacture training including Case IH and Krone.

Our depot boasts a workshop that’s capable of managing both combine and forage harvester breakdowns and our agricultural service engineer vans are kitted out as portable workshops to ensure on farm and in field breakdowns can be completed.

In addition to parts, farm machinery servicing and breakdown response, our agricultural service engineers are able to offer farm machinery welding, fabrication and dynamometer testing. We also offer a full air conditioning service.

Parts

Stocking over a 10,000 lines of parts at our Enstone depot, we’re able to provide same day parts, for collection and delivery, across all of our manufacturer franchises including Case IH, Krone, Lemken and Spearhead. To expand our parts offering we also stock products from Granit, Kramp and Sparex. Throughout the season our manufacturers are able to provide next day delivery to our depot on further parts lines to guarantee you keep your machines working. To ensure your new and used farm machinery is performing throughout its working lifetime, we’re able to offer bespoke service plans to suit your business needs. Breakdown Response

Providing quality service is at the very core of our business. We understand that your business doesn’t run on a 9 – 5 basis, therefore our team of service engineers are ready to respond to your agricultural machinery breakdown, no matter how big or small. Krone Forage Solutions offer a 7 days a week emergency breakdown out of hours service.

Winter Checks

Extend the lifetime of your agricultural machinery with our winter service checks! Our highly trained service engineers will perform an in-depth technical diagnosis of your agricultural machinery. This is done through comprehensive checklists and computer diagnostics to assess the sensors, electronic components and software, as well as the wearing parts of your agricultural machinery. With this information our service engineers will produce a machine report with a complete overview of your agricultural machines status and needs. Our service engineers will offer expert advice on the latest field kits and attachments to ensure you get the most out of your agricultural machinery.
