We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our team and lead the Aftersales department in Enstone. Representing our premium franchises of Krone, Case IH, Lemken and spearhead, amongst others, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding satisfaction and dependable support to our customers.

JOB SUMMARY

As Aftersales Service Manager for the KFS team based in Enstone, you will be reporting to the General Manager. You will be working within a team in order to manage and take responsibility for the entire Aftersales departments.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the Aftersales departments to achieve turnover and profit expectations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while leading a team of 7 in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Provide efficient and high levels of response time to customers with proper problem resolutions , meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Anticipate service departments needs using proper leadership techniques and problem-solving methods.
  • Manage all external franchise warranty and service policies in an efficient timeline to maximise efficiency.
  • Maintain and build excellent relations with current and new customers
  • Maintain and build excellent relations with franchises and suppliers
  • Monitoring staff levels , performance and morale.
  • Delivering a high standard of leadership skills
  • Work in parallel with depot sales to promote retail success.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have the drive and motivation to fully understand the franchised products in order to understand and meet both the company’s overall objectives and customer needs and expectations.
  • Align products and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Promote excellence in customer service
  • Have sound Agricultural Machinery Dealership experience
  • Good industry knowledge
  • Show honesty, integrity and professionalism with energy and enthusiasm
  • Communicate relevant information to all concerned
  • Build and maintains good internal and external working relationships
  • Be receptive to new ideas and welcome change
  • Make appropriate decisions in response to pressures and priorities
  • Personally well organised.
