I'm the Service Manager at KRONE Forage Solutions. I have been working in agricultural engineering for the past 41 years, having started as an apprentice in a family run agricultural engineering company. My passion for the industry from those early days has driven me to the position I am in today.

KFS Used Machine Warranty
KFS offer used machines for sale which carry a warranty. This warranty may be based on a timescale, bale count, load count or engine hours. We agree to cover 50 % of the retail repair cost of the failure listed in the warranty terms. KFS used machine warranty only covers major components as per the used machine warranty terms of agreement. With all used KRONE machines that are prepared by KFS and delivered to a dealer, the dealer must carry out a pre-delivery check. With any KFS machine sold through a dealer, the end user is subject to 50% of the warranty repair cost with the dealer covering the other 50%.
To make a claim under warranty, you must:
1. Notify us within 24 hours of failure
2. Make the equipment available for the inspection of a qualified technician
